    Hi,

Here’s one of my better performing ‘apartments’… it’s positive cashflow to the hilt!

It’s for sale to the highest bidder too!

I cracked up when I saw your apartment, at least you would have no problems with flooding.
Is it for real, does somebody actually live in it.
All I can say is they definitely got a room with a view
By the way long walk or climb to the toilet

Symmetry is beauty in the eyes of master Architects … appears they lost the plot in the middle though. Surely you’d have to get a licence to climb them?

Phalic or ‘Fallink me think’ …. ?!?

Aussierogue I think I’ve figured it out. In spring the breezes blow from the north – ladder/stayline 1, and in autumn from the south – ladder/stayline 2.

    Scary.

Ah, something to aspire towards! It’s time to work towards my next I.P. Next storm I’m out there looking for sheds that have blown away, and will start saving up for a couple of long ladders. I have a few square metres of land spare, so I feel I’m on my way.
