seriously, there is an oversupply of renovated houses hitting the market, while crappy houses are overpriced. the law of arbitrage says that the gap in prices will be exploited until the gap closes, but geez i reckon its now cheaper to buy a renovated house than it is to buy a crapper and do it up, i mean theres lost rent, your labour, materials, tradesmen etc……ZIG WHEN THE LEMMINGS ZAG
