Last Property sale price – Qld

Hi All,
Thought this may help people looking to purchase in Qld. It’s a resource area to ascertain the last sale price of a property. The Dept of Natural Resources and Mining will supply you with an A3 printout (for < $20) of a nominated property and surrounding area (approx 1/2 km) of each nominated property’s last sale price and date of sale + lot, tenure etc. Their website is http://www.dnr.qld.gov.au and the rept is a valuation report. Is there an area where resources like this can be set up for others to view and add to ? Maybe we can start a thread on this.
