    Hi all

Just wanting to know, does Steve’s Wrap pack cover lease options in depth or is there other educational material available that I should consider obtaining…..Also, where or who is the best place or person to obtain contracts for lease options from?……Or, is there a educational pack that contains all of the contracts etc to get you started?

    Kind regards

    Howdee….

1.Steve’s WRAP pack is purely on WRAPS. It is currently undertaking ‘renovations’ and will be back on the market in a month or so I believe.

    2. Any solicitor should be able ot draw up a lease/option for you

    3. There is a thing called ‘The Australian Lease Option Handbook’ floating around, but I can’t remember where to get it…sorry

There is not much to lease options. The contracts are just a lease wtih a separate contract for the option. You can have the option strike price decrease just like a PI loan over 30 years if you wish. In that sense, it will be almost the same as a wrap.
