Looking for JV partners in Sydney

Hi All

I am looking for joint venture partners, (Tenants in Common), in Sydney. I have been looking at buying a block of 4 units and I don’t think that the bank will lend me the money I need to purchase it myself.

I have so far been looking at one in Allawah, (near Hurstville), one in Homebush and one in Concord.

Going by the Home Price Guide figures units in these suburbs have shown good capital growth in the past 12 months.

Allawah – 15%
Homebush – 40%
Concord – 14%
