EZ-Rent version 1.1 released (*free*)

Hi all

I have just uploaded the latest version of EZ-Rent to the new look website. For those of you not aware, EZ-Rent is an easy to use Investment Property cashflow simulator.

It is completely free for personal use.

Version 1.1 offers several improvements.

1. Rewritten property profile management using XML
2. Added a property suitability checklist
3. Updated Stamp Duty rates
4. Created the “Added Value” field
5. Property management now can be entered as a % of rent
6. Deposit can be entered as a % of Total Purchase/Loan Costs
7. Annual profit/loss added to cashflow summary
8. Minor GUI enhancements
9. Corrected positive gearing calculations
10. Corrected 2 divide by 0 bugs
11. New logo

I invite you all to download this update. If you are a previous EZ-Rent user, then uninstall the older version first.

In addition, because property profiles are now handled differently than before, you will not be able to load your old profiles.
