    Hi Everyone,
    Is Toowoomba a good area to start researching for our first investment property- any thoughts? Anyone investing in this area or have invested here?[?] A couple of houses I have found ~ 100-120K rent for max. $120-130/wk. Could these work for +ve cashflow? When I tried using the 11 second soln. I confused myself totally.(obviously not doing something right)Thanks in advance,

    I’m also very interested in buying an IP in Toowoomba.. does anyone have an IP in this area??

    Hi Shelly

    Have bought about 6 properties in Toowoomba and surrounding areas. Have you considered wrapping it instead of just purchasing an IP?
