    Hi

I am unsure whether the best option is to have all my purchases set up under a business name, or whether to have them as part of my personal income/expenses.

I am considering partnering with someone else that is interested in further the +ve cashflow concept, and am not sure which approach should be taken.

    Can anyone help clarify?
    Nicole

I don’t think you can own a property under a business name. it has to be individual names or a company. It is the structure that is important.

Maybe a trust is best for your situation?
