Im in Brisbane, I need someone to help me get into renovating & flicking. Im a tradesman, but being self employed I have trouble getting finance. Also, renovating sometimes requires more than 2 hands for heavy lifting and the like.
Im looking for someone who can help me renovate FULL TIME, or help with finance. I can always hire a junior to help out.
My plan is to renovate / subdivide / develop a portfolio. I dont believe there are many (if any) positively geared properties out there, so Im going to CREATE my own.
