Does anyone know if there is a good software application out there that you can enter information about properties that you visit. ie, one that you can store photos, notes, no. bedrooms etc.

If it’s good, you should be able to search on that data, and maybe produce reports.

I thought I’d check before I go ahead and write my own one. No point reinventing the wheel!

    Thanks
    Steve

    Hi Steve pine..etc
I use FileMaker Pro (for the Mac). It has a template which I am adapting for my own use.
Any reasonable database programme should do if you have a PC.

    Hi Steve

Jan Somers and her husband sell a package called Property Investment Analysis, (see http://www.somersoft.com.au/). There are 3 version the Personal, Professional & Pocket. However, it says on the website that the Personal will no longer be supported.

The Professional package costs $495. I downloaded a demo and it does have everything you need. Presentation is not the greatest but that isn’t its purpose. I will buy it when I have a spare $500.
