    I have a number of investment properties in melbourne but would like to look outside Victoria as my research has shown that prices and returns in some states are far better than Melbourne.I have identified Cairns as a possibility but was hoping someone might be able to point me in the right direction as far as selecting some of the better suburbs are concerned.

    I’m not from cairns but I know there have been a few topics on this forum about cairns if you do a search on the town you should find somthing of interest
