I must admitted, am now addicting to http://www.propertyinvesting.com. I am spend too much time reading Forum Boards which is a good thing.

I also am addicted though I find that as property grows my time shrinks so I will say sorry for not replying as often as I should. It is good to have such a great community to share with.

Ditto to all the above. Starting to realise that this forum is the first site I check out every day. Could be an addiction problem……must go…..no, just one more post……….must have it……cant drag myself away……..help………someone out there may have same question as me……….aaarrgghh, it’s all becoming too much…….

Hi All
I am only a ‘newbie’ but must say that it has become a bit of an addiction for me as well. I have checked the forum every day and it is the first thing I do when I get to work.
I don’t have any IPs yet as I am doing all the homework first. Reading books, websites and this forum … it’s gotta be the best property investment forum out there.
Chandara, I have enjoyed reading your posts … keep them coming!!!

Yes, I too must check out the forum first thing every day – I have to have my daily dose to get me kick started. No Coffee for me – The forum is chemical free. []
But like AD, I find that time spent on the forum is time not spent on finding new property deals and so not as many contributions of late.

I missed out all the funs that you guys posted. I was on training yesterday. Well, to say the least I would like to thanks Steve McKnight for this great together forum and learn from each other.
I have learn so much since I found this forum.

From where I sit, I think that this forum is a very positive place to share your ideas, thoughts and experiences regarding property investment (and sometimes non-related chit chat [:0)]).
I think what makes it ‘addictive’ is the nice people that you meet and/or chat/post to on this forum.
It’s a friendly community with sound advice and plenty of interesting reading.
Okay, I’m sorta addicted. But I won’t sell my kids yet! [:0)]

I am still at work, but not working. Spending too much time reading forum boards, hope my boss not in this forum so he would know what I am doing everyday. 2hrs work, 6 hrs forum boards
