    Hi there,

    I was confused in the beginning with all the terminology and abbreviations. PB asked if we could have this post, so here it is.

    To start off with:

    PPOR = Primary Place Of Residence
    FMR = Fair Market Value
    LVR means -> Loan to value ratio
    FHOG = First Home Owner’s Grant
    PCF = Positive Cash Flow

    Feel free to add…(or make up some [;)][:D])

    IO = intrest only

    PI = princible & intrest

    IP = investment property

    -ve = negative cashflow

    +ve = positive cashflow

    LMI = Lenders Morgage Insurance

    CG/T = capital gains/tax

    hmmm = trying to think of some more
