    Hello there…

    have a hunt on realestate.com.au
    property.com.au
    domain.com.au

you can search by regions… if you devote some time to researching, you’ll find there’s still some properties that offer what you are looking for…

    Hi Freedom,

    Try buying Property Investor Magazine.

It shows maps by state: towns/areas with rental yields, and “HOT” towns/ suburbs.
    Well worth the money.

    Excellent reference for new investors.[8D]

    Good luck,
