Hi gianni – i need the same info. I have been told AON has Landlord Property insurance. U need to have the rental managers / agent name supplied. They send u a form to fill out with an optional building insurance as well. Hope this helps. I have a Brisbane # 07 3223 7400.

    [:(!]HiGianni,
Ive just had a very bad experience with a insurance company, in that they print in bold black ink on there front page a standard list of what you are covered for under Landlord insurance, but dont outline in any way that extra charges apply for all the listed coverage. I will let you guess the result when I tried to make a claim for property vandalism by the tenant.I would sugest you have a solicitor check the fine print. My loss exceeded $5000.
If you would like to know the company you can email me on [email protected] and Ill forward the details.
