Investment in Hobart

Hello this is my first time in this forum.

Last year I purchased a Commercial property in Hobart with my sister and brother in law. I am interested in developing the property to make the top 2 floors into 2 story appartments. (The building has 3 floors) The ground floor is currently rented out.

I am interested in finding out the easiest way to get investors or the necessary capital to get it going. Any ideas would be welcome.
