    Hi all, I need to get a quantity surveyors report on my IP in Sydney, Eastern Suburbs.

    Can anyone point me in the direction of a good and reasonably priced quantity surveyor in Sydney?

    Would also appreciate est.cost for this service.

    Hi Smithers,

    We have an IP at Ashfield and our Depreciation Schedule was prepared by Washington Brown Depreciation P/L for $330.00. Their tel. # is 02 9906-1212 if you’re interested.

    DepPro cost me $440 inlcuding GST I will try the cheaper one next time i.e Washington Brown Depreciation P/L
