    how much do conveyancers charge usually in Victoria?
    Mine charged me $390, and then she added a lot of those title search and other things, and the total i have to pay her is $500 + !!

    Thats cheap. One of mine charged me about $600, but a solicitor that I went thru was $1200!

    Hi Fullout

    You and Terry are correct. Yours is in the cheap end and $1200 is the most expensive that I have heard.

    Our experience (from listening to our clients) is that you usually get what you pay for.

    Don’t choose on price, look at qualifications and experience. They may save you in the long run.

    Our solicitor in Vic. charges us approx $600 to $650 on most conveyancing work. We get great, personal, prompt & friendly service, WITH NO STUFF UPS.

    yeah you got away cheap buddy. just my searches cost $600 and the solicitors conveyancing service another $595
