Thi could be my first wrap.

My intention is to purchase a property value at $80 I have someone going to wrap it for 120k.

The question Im asking is what can i do with the 120k-80k=40k that i have gained?

You won’t gain that $40K all at once, but over 30 years or when they cash you out.

When you get it, you can just do 2 more wraps!
