As well as keeping a written dialogue of my progress, I’m also including cut & paste pictures of potential deals complete with due diligence for each one. Something I will definitely continue after 30 day journal has expired. Anyone got any other good ideas?

    Hi Brett,

You and Tiffany are on fire…. I was pretty convinced you were going to move forward quickly and pursue investing after we chatted on the way to the airport in the cab.

You have come up with excellent ideas and have been kind enough to share them with us all.

Well done and congratulations to you both.
