    Hi All,

    Im trying to find some info regarding the service Stuart spoke about at APIM on the weekend. A guy called Brad subscribes to a service where he pays about $2800pa to get a heap of information about property prices and who owns then, when they purchased them and at what price.

    Can any one help me on where I can subscribe to this service or gain some more info?

    Hi jempire,

    There are a couple of sites around. I remember http://www.residex.com.au/ was mentioned at the seminar, and I think the other one was http://www.rpdata.com.au/

    Also, check out the PropertyInvesting.com links page – particularly the sites under the “Facts, Figures & Statistics” section.
