Has any one taken or considered taking this approach?
Once I have plans and permits for one of my properties, I am contemplating selling the land and keeping the house.
I have spoken to self-sell and received some info. they will help with advertising, billboards etc at a very reasonable fee.
The ads go into exactly the same places that R/E agents use.
Not being enamoured by agents and bad experience with my own home, I thought a piece of land is a good starting place to take this approach.
At least you are in total control.
