    We have designed & ordered 2000 flyers to be mailbox dropped to advise people that we are wanting to buy properties & they can save commission by not going to an agent.
    We have also advised all friends/family that we will give them a ‘spotters fee’ of $500.00 if they pass on information to us regarding a potential sale, we act on that info & a sale goes through we will give them $500 cash.
    This has proved very fruitful, have 2 deals from that within 3 hrs, 2 we’ll be making offers on tomorrow.

    Thats a fantastic Idea Tiffany. Well done. I have done door knocks before asking people if they would be interested in selling their property, but unfortunately I did not have much success.
