Hi People,
Could anyone recommend a good reliable mortgage broker that has solid understanding and knowledge of IP loan products and can assit in loan structuring.
I have spoken to some mortgage brokers who only really seem to have basic knowledge of home loan products and no real understanding of the needs of people looking for investment properties.
I live in Perth, so someone local would be prefered, but of course if there is anyone that you could recommend that would be most appreciated.

I’m in the same boat, but in Melbourne can anyone suggest a Mortgage broker for someone who needs pictures and drawing information to understand the financals.[]
