    I’ve seen that. Thanks. It’s an oficial data. I am looking for people who have experience investing there. Say personal feedbacks sort of thing.

    sorry .i looked at the offical site and the figures weren’t that great.
    but when i searched for properties i saw a lot of positively geared ones.

    thats a good sign.

    Thanks for your input. How do you qualify if the area is good or not based on oficial figures??? Do you have any system where you can look at the numbers and decide whether to start looking further or just walk away :)
