Hi all
I had a call today from a lady who wants to sell an apartment in Hawthorn, Melbourne. She’s happy to vendor finance it to someone for a while at generous terms, she’s mainly interested in receiving the deposit.
Anyway, it doesn’t fit with what I’m doing, but I thought I’d put the info here in case someone else might be interested. I don’t have any more details, so don’t ask for any!
By the way, I am purely doing this as a referral, I don’t benefit in any way. I’m also not “recommending” it as such either.
