Hi all, []
Are there standard lease/option contracts available for purchase that can be customized from investment to investment?
Also, does anyone know of any solicitors in Perth who are familiar with sandwhich L/O property investment? [?]

they’re unscrutinised by any lawyer, but they should save you a few hundred in legal preparation fees.
