    Hi Guys,

    we have just started looking at a few places in SA and are quite happy with the prices. The next step for us to get finance, so I was wondering if anyone could help us out by recommending any good loans or Mortgage Brokers?

    Hi there jasontang888,

    Are you aware of the legal intricacies in SA? You can’t do a straight vendor finance, so you probably need to get a contract drawn up for a Lease option.
