    If you do lease options in South Australia (I believe that you can’t do wraps there) I may have a lead for you.

    A friend who lives in Adelaide wants to buy a place, but I can’t stretch to lending her enough under my rules.[:(]

    If you operate in this area and would like to reply to me I can fill you in on her situation and maybe you can assist her.[^]

    We have invested considerable sums with our legal friends to get to get to our legally operating position. South Australia is a mine field.

    I am about to start doing lease options in SA.
    I have not invested more than a few hours of my time but have come up with the following contracts that I’m about to submit to a lawyer for approval:
    Option to Purchase, and
    Lease Agreement.
