Income Optimisation II (.xls)

Kaye and I have been working on a simple spreadsheet that includes salary/wage income, tax, IP rent and expenses, cash flow (+ or -), and other features.

Everyone is in a different financial position and, while we can comment on a property purchase in general, it helps to see how it effects the particular tax situation you’re in.

This was designed because we became a little weary with plugging the numbers into a calcultor every time we want to analyse a deal AND see simultaneously how it affected and pre and post tax position.
