    Just hunting around…

Have heard Sharp have a model… but they can’t tell me what it does or where I can buy one! [xx(]

There’s one on creativerealestate.com.au, but no mention of functionality… [:O]

Anyone know where we can pick up a decent one? (pref Qld/NSW)

    Hi Quasimodo,
I’ve also been investigating financial calculators to calculate cashflows, compound interest, etc. and some good models i’ve been recommended are:

    – Sharp EL733A & EL735
    – Casio FC100 & FC200.
    – Hewlett Packard 10B (older model)
    – Hewlett Packard 10BII (new model) sells for about $80 from Dick Smith and I hear it’s very good and easy to use.

    Happy cashflow calculations! [:D]

I have the one from Creative Real Estate and it’s fabulous!
You enter 3 variables ie loan amount, interest rate and loan period (ie 30 years) and it will calculate the 4th (ie loan payment – can choose weekly, fortnightly etc).
Incredibly simple and no need to remember formulae!

    Keep smiling
