    Hi

I know that coastal properties will have high capital growth in future.
But how easy is it to find tenants for these properties ?

For example, in sunshine coast, there are no major employment centres there and majority of population are retired people who own properties.

Is it true that majority of tenants are holiday makers and hence, most of the leases will be in short term. ?

And what kind of pepole will rent ?

You know there are some coastal areas within an hour of a major capital city where the prices would astound you. Think outside the square ….and the east coast for that matter!!
