I have just released a new application for Australian property investors. It is an easy to use negative gearing simulator. This allows you to examine tax and cashflow implications of different property investment scenarios. You can save profiles of different scenarios as well as print reports.

The program is currently in beta testing, and I welcome any feedback, bug reports or suggestions on how to improve it.
EZ-Rent is free for personal use. The version on the site does have an expiry but that is because it is the beta version and official release is forthcoming. The official release version will not expire.
