Advice on relocatable homes

Hi,

I have really enjoyed reading some of your stuff. we are thinking about investing but a really nervous. were once bitten etc.. a few years ago.

Read the section of relocatables, and found this interesting, as we are thinking of doing the same.

Any further thoughts on the benefits and turnover of buying a relocatable house putting in on some land and either reselling or renting it out?

I would love to have some input. you guys(and girls) seem to have the experience that we don’t.
