Another quickie…
Does anyone have (or know of) a good database programme that one can enter potential properties into? I’m looking for something that I can add information to as and when I see it (i.e. from the papers, internet, agents, etc.), and then be able to sort through on various criteria (e.g. bedrooms, price, suburb, etc.).
I’ve done a limited search on the internet for something that will suit these criteria, but haven’t been able to find anything yet.

A simple spreadsheet is easy to do, cost you next to nothing (time does cost [
]). Hubby set one up for us, very basic and easy to use. It’s just a set of tables with parameters you fill in. Personally, I like the clipboard method and pen better.Cheers
