    Hi again!
    Another quickie…
Does anyone have (or know of) a good database programme that one can enter potential properties into? I’m looking for something that I can add information to as and when I see it (i.e. from the papers, internet, agents, etc.), and then be able to sort through on various criteria (e.g. bedrooms, price, suburb, etc.).
I’ve done a limited search on the internet for something that will suit these criteria, but haven’t been able to find anything yet.
    Again, would love your input[:)]!
    Read from you soon,
    Gerard

I’m thinking of writing something myself, but would be very interested if someone had an exisitng product with some sort of track record?
If you don’t use something like this, then what systems do you use?!
    Read from you soon,
    Gerard

    Hi Gerard,

A simple spreadsheet is easy to do, cost you next to nothing (time does cost [;)]). Hubby set one up for us, very basic and easy to use. It’s just a set of tables with parameters you fill in. Personally, I like the clipboard method and pen better.

    Cheers

    Hi Gerard,

After reading your next posting, I realise you know much more about puters than I do.
Sorry for suggesting the obvious and in true Homer Simpson style “DOH”

    Cheers from an embarrassed
