No u haven’t logged on to a personals page so hear me out.
Truth b told i’ve fallen in love with a wonderful beachside property and am seeking someone’s help to allow this love affair to materialise.
Unfortunately the timing for me is akward at the minute as i have my money tied up in some rehabs. So i guess i’m looking for someone to help me do the deal either as a wrap, lease option or even the provision of some bridging finance until i can relinquish some of my other stock. I’d rather not use this forum to outline the deal but suffice to say that i have the chance to buy $600k property for around $370k but i’ve go to move quick.
