    Hi all,

    Does anyone have experience with buying “Car parks” as part of theirs PI portfolio?

    If yes,
    1. How do you find them?
    2. How do you know if the price is right (no statistics on car parks price & growth available)
    3. Any outgoings that should be taken in consideration (do you have to pay maintenance fee, admin fee, etc) when looking at return on investment?
    4. Any educational material available?

    What I currently know:
    1. It is a site http://www.carpark.com.au that will have a “Sale” section (not available yet)
    2. You can pick up a “car park” sale, by chance, if you do a search for “House” bellow 100K on the http://www.realestate.com.au.

    Hi Nina, There is an article on investing in car parks in the current issue of Australian Property Invester Mag,and if you do a search on the net for real estate 30k to 70k props Cap Cities, they will show up.hope this helps, Kind Regards Steven.
