    Hello All,

I am very keen on getting my hands on a copy of Steve’s Wrap Library (but not keen on paying the $1000+) and am open to doing a swap or some other exchange.

I have been to Steve’s “Property Masters seminar” and can exchange the audio tapes/manual from that seminar. The seminar covers:

    1. Buy and Hold
    2. Superannuation Strategies
    3. Structuring (setting up trusts, unlimited finance etc)
    4. Lease-options
    5. Renovations (Geoff Doidge & Paul Eslick)
    6. Negotiation techniques from Stuart Oneill (Guerilla Marketing)
    7. Wraps (briefly)

Drop me an email at: [email protected] if you are interested in doing an exchange.

    Hmmmm,

Is this being a bit cheeky? [:O]

Written on the Masters Tapes as clear as day are the words ‘Not For Resale’, which IMHO also includes bartering on a non-cash swap.

In the end I can’t nor will I police it, but this seems like scarcity rather than abundance to me.

    Bye

    Steve McKnight

Thanks for not coming down hard on me [:I]

    Roofarmer,

I’m thinking of attending Steve’s next Seminar, what did you think of the course?
