    Hi all
    Just wondering if any one has any views for investing in Darwin or experience from investing in Darwin NT.

    I brought a house in Nightcliff (to live in) anyway we ended up moving a short time after and have had it rented ever since. Paid $220,000 in 1996, tried to sell in 2001 but changed our mind when only got offered $265,000. Anyway, since then, with the railroad and Gas deals it has jumped to about $320,000. NT News say prices could rise about 24% in 3 years so now I am happy to hold, after all it’s a good renter, near the foreshore and city.

    It is always really hard to get good feedback on what the market is doing in the NT!.

    Hi All.

    For anyone interested in the Darwin market, the proposed LNG Plant was officially signed off today. Construction of the plant is expected to commence immediately.
