    Hi All
    Where and how does everyone do their research of the areas that they are purchasing into? Where do you find out about possible growth areas?

    I have seen the Maustik report reffered to in different publications. Does anyone use this report & what is your opinion?

    hi i normally use propertyvalue.com.au they are a good source to start with hope this helps

    I noticed that PropertyValue have recently taken down some of the median house price data that was previously a part of their free postcode profile report.
