Selling our home to an investor?

HI – How can we sell our property to an Investor?

We are about to place our inner-city Melbourne property on the market and we would prefer to sell to an investor not an owner occupier. We
are planning to build a home elsewhere and can guarantee 12 months rental income to the new owner. We have approached local Real Estate Agents but it seems they do not have a good network of investors and their marketing tends
to target owner occupiers.

Can someone provide us some advice or a recommendation?
