This darn site!!!!!!!!!
The only antedote is to get busy(er?) with more deals…….the mind is always boggling with new info…..but it’s working, and more deals are happening – no slow down in real estate for us, I think.

Good option. I missed two days & had over 3 pages of threads to go read. Now I have to allocate time each day to read this.
