Anyone in Geelong/Melb?

I have given it away, yes i reside in Geelong, VIC. The surf coast is brilliant if u ever get the chance to see it.

Anyways, i have found plenty of deals while searching in the Geelong area. But i would really like to form a strong network of keen investors that can share ideas as well as helping each other out when needed.
