I am keen to buy an investment property to implement one of the real estate strategies, such as the ‘wrap’, discussed on the website. However, I am still unsure what the specific implications are by doing so.
I understand the numbers and the techniques used in the demonstrations but what I really need now is to establish a good support team.
Who is involved ‘Behind the Scenes’?
Who should i seek first for advise?
And one last thing, do u own the house until they pay the last payment? Wot happens if they wish to sell b4 last payment?Any suggestions would be appreciative!!
