seeking commercial loans less than 6.1% and a lvr of 20/80 with term of more than 15 years

Hi Mark,
That sounds like a tall order… but if anyone knows of such as deal then post it here by all means.
We have been able to get 80/20 on residential commercial, but the interest rate is mid 6’s.
And that was put to us as an outstanding deal!

Try AAA Mortgages in sydney 02 92991144. 80% on commercial, minimum loan 500k, 7.75%. They will do 5.85% for 60% LVR.

Will AAA do 80% on Freehold/Leasehold deals?
Will they do 80% on value of Freehold?
What are they like to deal with?

Wouldnt have a clue Watto. I saw there add in a mortgage originators magazine and filed it for future reference as 80% could be handy one day.
