Finance for Wraps

Can anyone tell me of any lending institutions that are willing to provide finance on a property if you intend to wrap it in the near future.
Also what are the general interest rates for such a product, ie are they any higher than the rates on the normal property loans.
I have rang a couple of lenders and brokers, most have no idea what I’m talking about and the ones that do generally say that the banks won’t allow it.

Try using the terms “Vendor Finance” or “Vendor Terms Contract” rather than “wrap” as I have found not everyone you talk to knows it by this term.

I know of one lender that specifically does allow Wrap finance with full disclosure. Drop me a line. Hopefully Steve will be able to give us more joy this year with a deal he is trying to work…..He is a busy boy…..

Hi there – I have joined this site tonight for the first time. Sorry to sound stupid but what do you mean by ‘Wraps’? I have been looking through the various topics and have seen it mentioned numerous times.
