my husband and i want to start getting into the world of property investing but dont know where to start first my dilema is we purchased a property just over a year ago at a rock bottom price since then property values have sky rocketted we only owe 70,000 on estimated market value of 140,000
should we take equity out on our original homeloan to purchase an investment property?
or could i rent out my home due to the rental demands could fetch a pretty penny and buy a new home for me, which would be my viable option?

    Hey Cherries,
What are you trying to achieve ?
What is your goal and what are your desired outcomes ?
Have you done much reading/researching other property options ?
From the sounds of it you have great equity available and could use it well. There are no right answers only right options and you have to decide what your desired outcome is and work toward that goal. If buying another house and renting yours out gets you closer to our oal then excellent. If not then next option.

    Hope this helps.
