    hi is it true if you write and or nominee on the contract they have the right to hit you with double stamp duty and if so is there an other way around it

    I’m from Queensland and my aunty tryed this and the real estate agent said a new law came out releasantly that you have to pay double stamp duty if you write and or nominee
