    Hello,
    I am new to this site and I have a question which I found difficult to get indipendant figures. What is the capital growth of apartments within the Docklands dictrict (opposite Telstra dome). Is there a history of the property values comparison from begining of residential construction of first tower till now. Is there a trend of what values will be in say 5-10 yrs time?Am an investor so capital growth important. Price of apartments very high ($500,000 one bedroom waterfront 17th floor proposed tower in 2005).
