Lease Options!

Hello Everyone and HNY to you all!
I wonder if anyone is well versed with lease options? Its an area of my business i wish to develop and not quiet sure how best to get started. I’ve done some prelimenary work in the area, but really need to beef up knowledge so i can make multiple offers to buy and sell. There is a fellow by the name of Barney Zick who is the leading authority on the subject from the US but the trouble with that then is re-engineering it for aussie conditions. If someone local has the know how i’d prefer to work with them. Welcome any suggestions. Oh, in terms of what i do? Mainly rehabs but want to develop wraps and lease options as this is where the glory lies in my view.

There is a handbook, written by an Aussie for Aussie conditions, available on this site. Y0ou can buy an e-book or a hard copy. I found it good value!
